What is a compliance pack for?

It can help you assemble selected property records and supporting evidence for review or sharing.
Not automatically a complete pack
It is not automatically a complete tenancy, prescribed-information or tenant move-in pack.
How long does the link remain active?
Compliance-pack links use the configured pack-link lifetime. The tracked default is currently seven days.
Check the actual expiry displayed in CertNudge when the link is created, as the application is the final reference.
Share the link carefully
Anyone who obtains an active bearer link may be able to access the pack until the link expires or is revoked. Send it only to the intended recipient.
Link activity has limits
Open or download activity is recorded against the link. It does not verify the recipient's identity or prove delivery, receipt or reading.
